MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, SUCH AS SHALL BE DEEMED AS ACCEPTED UNDER YOUR SIGNATURE. PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS.

These contract terms are agreed in between the User (hereinafter referred to as "Member") and the owner of KMLTurkiye.com, Özgün Tansöker Danacı (hereinafter referred to as "KMLTurkiye.com").

Description of Service
KMLTurkiye.com is serving the purpose to share the processes, treatment and side effects between diagnosed CML patients and their relatives. KMLTurkiye.com is not intended for medical advice in any way. Each treatment applied to CML patients are strictly personal and always should be advised to their own doctors by themselves.

SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION
The Member accepts that the right to use the products and services offered on KMLTurkiye.com are only for himself and canot be assigned or transferred or otherwise agrees his attempts to be aceepted as the breach to this agreement.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
KMLTurkiye.com membership is for the member's personal and non-commercial use only. Member cannot modify, copy, distribute, transmit, gift, reproduce, publish, assign, sell any acquired information, software, products and services found in KMLTurkiye.com site.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONTRACTING

A. MEMBER AGREES THAT USE OF RISKS KMLTurkiye.COM SITE IS IN HIS OWN SOLE. KMLTurkiye.COM, AFFILIATES, THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS DO NOT AGREE OR PROVIDE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION COVER NON-INFRINGEMENT OF CONTRACT OR IN TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER CASES IF THE RESULT OF ANY PERFORMANCE DEFICIENCY, ERROR, OMMISION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, WORK OR MESSAGE DELAY, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR RECORDS DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE INCLUDE ALL LOSES AND DAMAGES CAUSED.

REPARATIONS
MEMBER AGREES TO APPLY OR ACCEPT ANY COMPANSATION,CLAIM, DAMAGES, OBLIGATION, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS AND LIABILITIES ARISING FROM BREACHING THE AGREEMENT, OR VIOLATING THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, INCLUDING KMLTurkiye.COM AND AGENTS' EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS. THESE OBLIGATIONS CONTINUE AFTER TERMINATION OF THE MEMBER'S MEMBERSHIP.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
KMLTurkiye.com and the member may terminate this Agreement at any time. Member's only way to protest to: (i) KMLTurkiye.com 's business enterprise policies and practices of this web site, (ii) changes on the Website or its content is to cancel his membership. Members shall notify KMLTurkiye.com in writing to cancel the service contract. KMLTurkiye.com the same way; can cancel the member's membership and remove his any sharings in the site at any time in case of violation of other members' rights, or mislead or harm other people or any violation of this Agreement's terms.

PRIVACY
KMLTurkiye.com members' personal information will only be used linked to the services given in this site and will not be shared with any third party in any case.

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement will be submitted to the Courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
